I needed fingerprinting to be completed on one of the old FBI cards for licensing. I called around for half a day to find a place that offered this service, but everyone had switched to the electronic fingerprinting only.  Thankfully ScanMan was able to help. Mike was wonderful! Needed last minute prints for a contract job and he got me in immediately and made everything seamless and quick. Office is clean and smells great too, but the real bonus was Bandit, who greeted us when we arrived and made sure to check in and make sure Mike took care of everything before we left. I had a wonderful experience at ScanManFL. I needed fingerprints for a professional license. Michael answered my questions via email the same day. Because of my variable work hours, I didn’t know when I would be available and ended up walking into their office about 30 minutes before closing without an appointment. Carla was welcoming and friendly, and even stayed a little late to get me fixed up. I always have a hard time getting fingerprints with my dry hands, but she was very patient, and I had no issues with the state review. Soooo much better than going to the police department or UPS. (She also told me they have notary services, which I will remember for the future!) Absolutely recommend this business, great people and a nice trip. Thanks!

GREAT experience! Carla was so inviting and friendly. Getting my fingerprints has always been rough because of my naturally sweaty hands. This place has ALL the tools to make it happen with ease. I was grateful to be welcomed into an inviting space where I was able to sit and feel relaxed during the process (which helps decrease my sweaty hand problem I’m sure).
