Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
  • A duplicate payment was made in error (i.e. you paid onsite, as well as online) and have requested a refund.
  • You cancelled a fingerprinting appointment before the appointment date and have requested a refund in writing at [email protected]
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
  • Once fingerprints have been electronically transmitted to FDLE/FBI, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
  • Fingerprints were taken on an FD-258 applicant card and provided to an individual or organization for mailing.

Please note: At times, the quality of your fingerprints may cause the investigating entity to reject the prints supplied (i.e. unable to read, deficient or rejected). If this occurs, we will re-fingerprint you at no cost provided you produce the letter you received stating the reasons your prints were rejected. We will do everything possible to ensure your fingerprints are submitted clear and readable.

 
Refund Procedures

Our standard turnaround time to process a refund is 7-10 days from the date we have received your refund request. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for booking the appointment.  All cancellations are subject to a $1.00 credit card service fee.  ScanManFL may also issue a refund check.

Our office will be closed on Wednesday, November 27th through Friday, November 29th in observance of Thanksgiving and to spend time with family out of state.
