In addition to being able to perform your traditional notary needs, ScanManFL’s notaries are also Notary Signing Agents. A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary Public who has been trained to handle loan documents. Lenders, borrowers, and title companies hire Signing Agents as independent contractors to assist in the final step of the loan process. A Notary Signing Agent is required by law to undergo a background screening in addition to being a commissioned Notary Public.

You may receive documents that have already been prepared by your bank, attorney or even your child’s school. However, please be sure you do not sign the documents until you are in the presence of the notary.
Besides the documents, and each person who is required to sign the documents, you will be required to produce a photo bearing identification.
